Over on the Mantic Blog they’re having a Dwarf King’s Hold week. This includes several videos of me (the first one is here) explaining various elements and aims of the new expansion as well as some teasers of the new art and who knows what else? The first of these new shiny piccies is this brilliant cover art from Jonas Springborg. I think he’s getting better as he goes along.
I’m as much in the dark as you guys as to what else they might have in store for this week, though I do know that I’ve got something interesting DKH as well to come, probably tomorrow – so stay tuned 🙂

Awesome. I’ll take a look at them. Perhaps they’ll mention DKH won its first prestigious award! lol. Surely it needs an Approved by Cats sticker on it!!!

Well I emailed them the links to my reviews, my Approval by Cats award and my 2 month re-review of DKH:DR. I’m not too sure they want to highlight the Approval of Cats as it might ostracise dogs or something.
Well the dogs have it coming, TBH
Anyway, dogs and cats both appear in the game, so they can’t complain about bias. In fact, there are more dogs than cats.
I knew there was something wrong….
That only applies if you count the Undead… thing as a dog and not actually a rat – in which case I believe the Rat/Cat/Dog ratio is restored.
It’s also a little confused (at least in my head) as I’ve been working on DKH3 and there’s another dog in that…
My copy of DKH3 turned up this morning, had a quick browse but hope to spend more time on it after I’ve baked a cake and painted my Mantic Wraiths and Malifaux Cult of December 🙂
