I’ve been tweaking the Asterians slightly to ensure that the rules match the models perfectly – it’s not always obvious from the concepts, which is what I’ve been working from. The more devious among you will be pleased to hear that there’s one really nasty little bonus I’ve come up with for them that will go up tomorrow once Mantic have approved it. I’ll also post the modified abilities for them then too.

In the meantime, if you have any more thoughts please post them up. I’ll be checking the comments before I post them up.

The Forge Fathers are next. I was hoping to get them finished today, but they needed some entirely new rules (for blowing stuff up) which turned out to be a bit more fiddly than I’d thought, plus I also had to rework some of the DB Annual (I think it’s finally done).

No rest for the wicked 😉

    I was also under the impression it was the DB Asterians which were changed. The burly Teratons seem more in need than their girly rivals… 🙂

      I’m not entirely sure. As a physical book, I think, though probably digitally as well as that seems the fashion these days. Release date is sometime fairly early next year. Don’t know more than that.

    Dont know if this is the right place to post this, but.

    played against marauders today and the vehicle were very powerful, massive frag killed 4 guys and pinned 5 others. it was easy to shoot, very hard to killed and 12 POINTS same as my desolator and weapons team which is no compare. Has anyone else noticed this.

    for the points difference on humans compare to standard marauder basic 3 stat boosts for extra 2 points, marauders seem to be a bit over powered and equipped for all scenarios and oppenents.
