I’ve been working on some of the hotter topics within the DZ FAQ (including items, free actions, sentry guns) and have a post prepared. I’m just waiting for one more thing to be confirmed by Mantic then I can post it up.

Jake, I really enjoyed the short story you wrote for the Deadzone game system. “An Unusual Day at the Office” I just read it because it came to me as a kickstarter update. I didn’t know you had such a gift for writing fiction. I assumed you just wrote rule systems. I read the story and I realized the whole series of events was just about a man sitting in his office, and still it was fascinating, very suspenseful. I have always thought that Mantic should produce more fluff, more fiction like this. Thanks very much for that story. I enjoyed it. 🙂
